Standards and governance

Publishing Policies

These concise principles provide an overview of the publisher’s approach. Journal- and book-specific procedures will be documented in full on the relevant publication websites.

Publication Ethics

iPeak Publishing seeks to protect the integrity of the scholarly record through fair procedures, responsible editorial oversight, and proportionate responses to ethical concerns.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit and are independent of commercial considerations. They are made separately from any commercial editing services associated with the publisher. Authors are never required to purchase editing or other services from the publisher or any affiliated brand.

Peer Review

Each journal will state its review model, reviewer responsibilities, confidentiality requirements, and decision process clearly on its official website.

Authorship and Contributorship

Authorship should reflect substantial scholarly contribution. Publications will provide guidance for contributor recognition and the resolution of authorship concerns.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors should disclose relationships or interests that could reasonably be perceived to influence their work or decisions.

Complaints and Appeals

Publishing decisions and process concerns may be raised through a documented route. Complaints and appeals will be reviewed fairly by an appropriate person who was not directly responsible where practicable.

Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern

The publisher will use clear notices to correct the scholarly record when reliable evidence shows that published content requires amendment, warning, or withdrawal.

Research Misconduct

Credible concerns about fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or other misconduct will be assessed confidentially and, when appropriate, referred to relevant institutions.

Open Access

Open-access terms, permitted reuse, author charges, and any exceptions will be communicated transparently before submission or agreement to publish.

Advertising and Commercial Activities

Commercial relationships, advertising, sponsorship, and service provision must not influence editorial evaluation or acceptance decisions.

Digital Preservation

The publisher intends to maintain reliable publication records and will document preservation and continuity arrangements as journal and book platforms are established.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information used in publishing processes will be limited to legitimate purposes, handled securely, and retained only as necessary under the applicable privacy framework.
